Initially awarded to Agon Developments as a shell and core project, we were tasked with the fit out of this grandeur space. From the moment one enters, the penthouse reveals itself as a quiet retreat elevated by the rhythm of the sea and the poetry of light. Floor-to-ceiling glazing offers uninterrupted ocean views from every room, while the interiors dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, drawing in the hues of the surrounding landscape, the warm tones of sunlit sand, the rich turquoises of the Gulf, and the soft, pastel transitions of the sky.
The spatial experience is defined by its balance of refined minimalism and sensual materiality. Spaces flow gently into one another, wrapped in layers of natural textures; travertine, oak, textured glass, and artisan fabrics in earth and sea tones—all curated to evoke a sense of timeless calm and barefoot luxury. Statement chandeliers and bespoke fittings add moments of warmth and artistry, enhancing the atmosphere without overpowering it.
