Adam leads the Agon Developments team with over a decade of experience in commercial management and project delivery across the UK and Middle East. His diverse background spans both contracting and consultancy, enabling him to successfully deliver complex, high-value projects in the luxury residential, hospitality, infrastructure, and commercial sectors. Since moving to the UAE in 2020, Adam has led commercial management on major high-rise projects in the UAE for clients like Emaar and Ithra Dubai. He began his career with a UK main contractor, building a solid foundation in construction and commercial delivery.

James Gates

Senior Project Manager

James is a Senior Project Manager with over 12 years of construction experience, including 8 years in the Middle East. During that time, he has led major hospitality, healthcare, and commercial developments including Atlantis the Royal, Meydan Hotel, Taj Hotel, and PIF. James specializes in full project lifecycle delivery and strategic coordination and has experience in both Pre- and Post-Contract environments, operating through all phases of the building life cycle including Tender/Bid Stage, Pre-Construction Design and 'on-site' project delivery. He also holds strong commercial acumen and change management skills.

Ashwin is an experienced commercial manager with over 14 years of expertise in Dubai’s construction sector. His portfolio includes high-rise towers, residential complexes, commercial developments, and large-scale mixed-use schemes. Ashwin served as the Commercial Lead for the iconic One Za’abeel project, one of Dubai’s landmark developments - where he was responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of the project. His role covered both pre-and post-contract services, including budget preparation, cost management, contract negotiation, supply chain management and overall financial reconciliation.

Tripura is recognized for her attention to detail, delivering sophisticated, functional living spaces for luxury hotels, private villas, and mixed-use developments across the Middle East, India, and the UK.

Sam is a seasoned Design Manager with over 14 years of experience in the construction and built environment sector, including a decade in the GCC. She has successfully led the design and coordination of high-profile hospitality and mixed-use developments, including landmark projects such as Wynn Resort, One Za’abeel, and Bvlgari Resort Dubai. Known for her leadership in multidisciplinary coordination, design management, and stakeholder engagement, delivering high-quality outcomes on complex projects.
